La Canasta is an analog color photographic work centered on a basketball hoop interacting with sunlight. Created in 1994, the series reflects an early interest in geometry, repetition, and symbolic abstraction.
LA CANASTA was the first color photographic series exhibited in a gallery in Cuba, this was in Matanzas, 1994.
