Moods is a visual series that explores human emotions through compositions of fruits, colors, and geometric forms. Each piece represents an attitude or feeling, translated into organized structures that symbolize sensory patterns of the mind.
Works such as Apple of Discord, Confused Pineapple, Relaxed Avocado, Half-Ripe or Half-Green Banana, Troubled Mango, Contradictory Lemon, Lovestruck Strawberry, Anxious Kiwi, and Bipolar Orange present a fruit trapped within its own geometry of color.
The series is presented as an interactive installation: the audience will ultimately define the final title of each artwork. Next to each piece, a sheet of paper and a pencil will be available for spectators to suggest the title they feel best fits.
In this way, Moods collects the emotional responses provoked in viewers, inviting them to actively participate in reinterpreting the portrayed states of mind.
